When buying the platform truck extensions, the handle height will stay the exact same. The base handle stands upright for easy transportation. The wheels are designed to maneuver through narrow store aisles, with a locking method to keep the device from rolling. The Extension allows you to hold double the weight. The extension width is an inch smaller than the main unit. The widest part of this equipment is 28.25 inches which is on the first unit.
