Stretch Wrap Machines

                We have a few very interesting stretch wrap machines.  They offer an efficient way to do stretch wrapping. One of these products is our mobile pallet wrapper with built in jack.  It is PLC controlled. The top and bottom wrap counts with built in photo eye. This product is also very safe! If rotating arm inadvertently strikes an object, the arm will automatically stop. Mechanical brake stretch system is also used.  This can wrap many more pallet than any human can alone. It can wrap 20-25 loads per hour with a max pallet height of 71”.

      Yet another one of our stretch wrap machines is the semi automatic stretch wrap machine. The powered rotation of the turntable quickly and efficiently stretch wraps your pallet. Operator manually moves stretch wrap up and down the film mast to completely cover the product. Product is complete with powered turntable and manual stretch film mast. We recommend the power mast option with the product for more convenient use. You may also want to consider getting a ramp. We have ramps for both electric and manual pallet truck.

                Of course even with all these machines described above, there is always good old hand wrapping. We have just plain stretch wrap as well as bubble wrap for sale at A Plus Warehouse.
