O S and D- Overage shortage damage. The trucker team that handles damages and shortages.

Phenolic- A caster surface. Live plastic- inexpensive and heavy duty

Pit- The concrete a jib or scissor lift is mounted to.

Roller Center- The amount of distance in a frame between the center of the rollers. Applicable to gravity conveyors

Shelving Adder- A shelving unit that cannot stand alone, to be used with a starter

Shelving Starter- One complete shelving unit that can stand alone

Stick Conveyor- 5 or 10 foot gravity conveyors that are typically in stock.

SWC- Straight walled container. Plastic bin that looks a lot like a milk crate!

TOR-Top of Roller. TOR=TOS+ height of frame+ the set high amount

TOS- Top of Stand.  The height range to the top of the stand.
